• Manage swimming rental slots and lifeguard safety
• Send booking confirmation via email/phone
• Legal compliance for accommodation registration

Data Sharing

We do not sell data. Shared only with payment gateway, government authorities for accommodation register if required.

Your Rights

Request deletion at info@byepassswimmingresort.shop. CCTV cannot be deleted early for safety.

Services

We provide: ACCOMODATION IN HOTELS/ INN/ GUEST HOUSE/ CLUB OR CAMP SITE ETC. SERVICE, swimming rental services on hourly, day, evening basis.

Booking Rules

• Check-in ID required for accommodation as per law
• Swimming: Swim cap mandatory, follow lifeguard instructions
• No diving in shallow area, no alcohol before swimming
• Children below 12 must be with adult in pool
• Hotel check-in 12PM, check-out 11AM

Payments

All prices include GST. GST invoice available at info@byepassswimmingresort.shop

Liability

Swim at your own risk, lifeguard present but guests must follow safety rules. Management not liable for loss of valuables - use locker.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Swimming Rental

• Cancel 24hrs before slot: 100% refund
• Cancel 12-24hrs: 50% refund
• Cancel <12hrs or no-show: No refund (pool reserved)
• Rain / Maintenance: Full refund or free reschedule if we cancel

Accommodation (Hotel / Guest House)

• Cancel 48hrs before check-in: 100% refund
• Cancel 24-48hrs: 50% refund
• Cancel <24hrs: No refund

How to Cancel

Email info@byepassswimmingresort.shop or call with booking ID. Refund processed in 5-7 working days to original payment method.

• No courier / shipping - service is on-premises at East Topsia Road, Kolkata
